AstraNova is a free-to-use digital utility and archive. Any payments made via our "Support the Archive" feature are considered voluntary contributions to help cover cloud hosting, CDN bandwidth, and server maintenance costs.
Because these contributions go directly toward maintaining live server infrastructure and do not constitute the purchase of a physical good, all contributions and payments are final and non-refundable.
In the highly unlikely event of a duplicate charge or a technical billing error caused by our payment processor (Stripe), please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate the error and, if verified, issue a correction.
